The Gnocchi and Risotto workshop  on SATURDAY MAY, 2 and SUNDAY MAY, 3
at 6.00pm ( Italian time)*, includes:

-Gnocchi step-by step-live cooking class with ragu’ sauce and vegetarian/gluten free alternatives

-Risotto step-by step-live cooking class with asparagus and speck (Italian smoked ham) and vegetarian alternatives

-Risotto with pumpkin and rosemary step-by-step pre-recorded cooking class

- All recipes

- Shopping lists

- Dedicated Private Facebook group where you can interact and ask questions

- Available on Zoom, for those who do not use Facebook
